We are happy to provide a quote for absolutely no cost!
Please keep in mind that if there is any remote work done, we require it to be paid ahead of time to ensure we get paid for the work we provide. Any work done in your home can be paid once the work is complete and you are happy!
Ù We require power and network cables to already be in place before doing any work Ù
(unless we've already made arrangements with you regarding this)
ÙÙ We DO NOT run wires within walls, or any form of contractor work that involves damaging walls/ceilings etc. If you need network cables run, we can provide the cables but you will need to find a contractor to do this work ÙÙ
➤ Wi-Fi password change:
Preferably done with trip to your home, to ensure there are no issues after making the change.
➣ Remotely: $25
➢ Trip required: $40 - $50
➤ Needing network locked down for children - trip to residence required to assess correctly:
➣ No equipment needed: $40
➢ Equipment needed: 50$ + cost of equipment
➤ Slow internet speeds at home. Reach out regarding this, as pricing will vary depending on needs. Wi-Fi vs Wired / New equipment required? Possible trip out to home, but may not be required to assess.
If new equipment is needed to accomplish what you need, that cost will be added onto the following prices:
➣ No trip required to assess: $20 for initial assessment + $50 - $150 depending on needs
➢ Trip required: $40 for initial assessment + $50 - $150 depending on needs
➤ Wi-Fi dead zones. Trip required:
➣ Trip for assessment: $40
➢ Resolution of dead zones: $60 + cost of equipment needed
⮞ Total: $100 + cost of equipment
➤ Neighbors stealing Wi-Fi. Will require home visit:
➣ Security check and configuration: $60
➤ Smart home connectivity issues. Will need to do an assessment remotely:
➣ Depending on how many devices, and what those devices are: $50 - $120
